Egyptian red onions are our specialty and our passion. While our company is a startup, our managing director and partners bring two decades of experience in the cultivation, storage, and export of red onions, primarily serving the UK market and select other international destinations.
Egyptian Brown
Egyptian brown onions, also known as yellow onions, are a popular variety of dry onions prized for their robust flavor and versatility in cooking.

Sweet White onions
Sweet white onions are the Gentle Giants of the Allium Family, boasting a milder, sweeter flavour profile that sets them apart. Sweet white offers a subtle sweetness with a hint of sharpness is incredibly versatile and can be used in a multitude of ways.
Sweet white onions represent a valuable opportunity for onion traders and consumers alike. Currently, cultivation of this desirable variety is limited in Egypt, creating a gap in the market. Our company recognizes this potential and is committed to expanding the production and cultivation of sweet white onions within Egypt. This initiative will not only meet domestic demand, but also allow us to add this premium product to our export offerings, further diversifying our portfolio and providing international markets with access to high-quality Egyptian-grown sweet white onions.
Shallots
Shallots, often mistaken for small onions, are actually a distinct member of the Allium family, boasting a more delicate flavour and a unique growth pattern. These elegant bulbs, with their peppery skins ranging from pale pink to reddish-brown, offer a subtle complexity that elevates dishes both simple and sophisticated.
Although these rare varieties are not widely cultivated in Egypt, Agrinomix recognizes their potential and is actively working to expand their production, bringing exciting new products to our customers.
